Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is recruiting for a full-time Health Promotion Coordinator to join our dynamic and customer orientated team. This position is part of the contracted AWC Employee Benefit Trust (Trust) program to develop, promote, implement, and evaluate the health promotion programs of the Trust. This includes coordinating and managing benefit and health management data, identifying training tools, and developing educational opportunities that empower members of the Trust to establish healthy workplace cultures and deliver benefit programs that encourage and support employee health.

What we offer:
The salary range for this position is $64,720 - $102,258. The top candidate’s placement within the range will reflect education, training, and experience consistent with AWC policies.
This position may be able eligible to telework during certain times of the year or certain time periods, subject to director approval and as determined by the needs of AWC.
